  • Average conversion rate over the last 12 months
  • Average order value over the last 12 months
  • Your average product margin or COGS
  • Marketing Spend & ROAS (if you are running campaigns)

Also make sure you have access your Shopify account in case we need to dig a bit deeper into your analytics.
